The Dominick's Cafe Website was designed and developed by Wiltwyck Web Design. Wiltwyck performed search optimization tasks to help google, bing, and yahoo! find the this Hudson Valley based restauant's site. Additionally, Wiltwyck assisted with content development, photography, graphic design, and social marketing.
Wiltwyck developed and executed a Social Media Marketing Plan for the Cafe which makes use of a blog, Twitter, Facebook, Google, Yelp, Foursquare, and several other Social Network Marketing tools. We developed and maintain the Cafe's Facebook presence, where photos are displayed, and events and special offers are announced. We set up the cafe on Twitter in order to "tweet" daily lunch specials, but also use Twitter to drive traffic by way of "Twitter Only" special deals. As mentioned, other social networking sites were used to facilitate restaurant reviews and overall traffic - "cyber" traffic as well as traffic thru the cafe's front door!
And finally, we have developed training materials and performed training sessions with key personnel to allow them to take over the execution of the Social Media Marketing Plan. With some hand-holding from us, they will be updating twitter, facebook, and their blog on their own - saving them a lot of money!
